Please read the following terms carefully. Parents and guardians will be asked to confirm the relevant consents as part of the booking process.
Parental Consent
The parent or guardian confirms that the child can attend and participate in the Streetwise Young Talent Experience workshop and any related activities.
Photo & Video Consent
The parent or guardian may choose yes or no for the use of photographs and video taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.
No Guarantee Statement
Participation does not guarantee modelling work, representation, paid work or future opportunities.
Behaviour Policy
Participants must behave respectfully. The company may remove disruptive participants.
Medical Responsibility
The parent or guardian must disclose relevant medical conditions and allergies.
