1. Programme Overview

The Streetwise Young Talent Experience is an educational workshop designed to introduce young people to: modelling, media, photography, video production, podcasting, interview techniques, confidence building, and personal development.

Participation does not guarantee: modelling work, agency representation, employment, income, or future opportunities.

2. Parent / Guardian Requirement

All attendees under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration process. No booking is valid without parental consent.

3. Photography & Video Notice

Workshops may involve photography, video recording, interviews, podcast demonstrations, and group photographs. Parents must provide consent before participation.

Participants must: treat others respectfully, follow staff instructions, behave appropriately, and avoid disruptive behaviour. The organiser reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour may impact the safety or enjoyment of others.

6. Health & Medical Information

Parents must disclose medical conditions, allergies, and emergency contact information. The organiser may rely upon information provided during registration.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary. The Streetwise Intelligence Group shall not be liable for: personal property loss, missed opportunities, travel costs, or indirect losses, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Cancellation Policy

The organiser reserves the right to change dates, schedules, speakers, activities, or cancel events where necessary. Where a paid event is cancelled by the organiser, appropriate alternatives or refunds may be considered.

9. Intellectual Property

All event materials remain the property of The Streetwise Intelligence Group Limited. Participants may not reproduce materials without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
